For customer, we manage product complaints and provide assistance in any investigation relating to those complaints. All calls and inquiries for our customers are channeled to our Customer Care Call Centre.
As the custodian of the Concession Agreement to the Ministry of Health, we are in constant contact with more than 1,000 public sector customers. As an improvement initiative to enhance communication with our broad based customers, we have expanded this service to cater for private sector customers as well as adding Sunday as a service day.
